I started working with Kathy in May 2014. I very quickly saw that Kathy’s program was going to transform my life. She began with me by asking me a multitude of questions in order to develop the plan that was going to best get me to my goal. Over these last several months I have seen my body go from one extreme of being out of shape to now being not only very tone but also the strongest I have ever been. My plan has been ever changing to get me through the humps and plateaus. I am currently in the best shape of my life. I have lost 21 pounds while shaping my body.

First off, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you have done for me. For anyone who doesn’t know me, I was Diagnosed with Diabetes on 8-19-16 with a blood sugar of 300 and my A1C was 12.5. I reached out to Kathy and explained my situation and she immediately put a personalized plan in place which I followed to a T and in just 5 days my blood sugar level was down in the 120’s. We are now just 11 days on her program and my levels are in the near perfect range. This was an eye opening experience for me and my family and I have committed to changing my lifestyle, proper nutrition and regular exercise and I can’t tell you how much better I feel. I take my own medicine!
This was me before I started my own 12 week program. My body fat was at 23% and and got down to 11% (that’s more than 1% of body fat per week!). I dropped 12 pounds, which doesn’t account for all the muscle I gained from working out (so I actually lost even more fat than that!).  My starting weight was 145 and I went on stage at 133… To a lot of women, 133 pounds sounds like a lot.  Guess what?  When you have muscle, you may weigh a bit more on the scale, but you look and feel light years ahead of the competition.  There is no “Skinny Fat” here ladies…
