Hi, I am Kathy Maio, owner and founder of Kathy Maio’s PHIT Life. 

I am a licensed nutritionist, online personal trainer, life coach, and paid professional speaker. 

My mission is to help others live their healthiest and most fulfilled life possible.

I know what it’s like to try and make it all happen everyday for yourself, your career, your family and the chaos this can bring.

My life in corporate America started at 7:30 a.m. I couldn't imagine getting up at 4:00a.m. every day for the rest of my life just to get in a daily workout and that is what I had to do to follow the training plan that was given to me by my trainer. Every trainer wanted me to work out at least 1.5 hours a day 5 days a week and that just wasn't possible for me.  

Once at my office, days were long and often ending at 6:00p.m. or later and involved rushing home to make a school function, get to dance or work on homework and cook dinner. So if I missed a morning workout I was trying to fit it in in the evening and at this point I am exhausted and the thought of working out just made me drink wine instead!

I knew living this lifestyle was not healthy and was not going to work for me in the long run. I was exhausted and stressed every day trying to fit it all in. I dreaded going to bed because I knew in just a few short hours I would be doing this all over again. 

I had to make a change. 

That is how P.H.I.T. Life was born. 

I educated myself in nutrition, life coaching and personal training so that I could bring this program to life for myself and help others.
